Turn around time on orders for all other customers:

Orders ship about two weeks from purchase. This is the production time only. Once your order is created shipping times will vary. Generally it takes about 2-4 days transit time for orders shipping within the United States and 10-14 business days outside the United States. Rush orders are available, please contact me for details.

Payment

We except Paypal and Credit Card payments. You will be directed to Paypal to pay for your items where you can choose to use a credit card or your Paypal Account. If you prefer, please contact me to place your order over the phone at 619 850 8423.

Shipping

Items will be shipped out within 2 weeks after you place your order. I ship USPS Priority Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase.

The new handmade items are just that, handmade and not by a machine. I do my best to make them as perfect as possible, but please know that any flaws are just character and a sure sign that these were done with love and by hand.

Please contact us for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you do want to return the item you are responsible for the return shipping. Returns on custom items (including rings) are not accepted (sorry).

Ring Sizing

I always recommend going to any jewelry store and asking to have your finger sized. Any jewelry store will do it free of charge. But if you are anything like me going to the mall sounds like a horrible idea. There are a couple more reliable ways to size your finger for a ring.
