Please contact us for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you do want to return the item you are responsible for the return shipping. Returns on custom items (including rings) are not accepted (sorry).
Personalization on rings and silverware will be made exactly as written and provided by the customer. Errors made based on customers' submissions are not refundable.
